Is Antibiotics Needed For A Scratch By A Cat?
asa,its dr faisal...this morning a cat made srcatch with her toes over my left middle toe with no obvious bleed but there was a small spot of blood which didnt bleed at all,i just cleaned the area with soap,will take tetanus prophlaxis,should i need antibiotics or antirabies?

If only scratch with no bleeding antibiotics won't be required. But Tetanus toxoid and rabies vaccine should be taken.
