Is Anxiety Attack Post Banging The Head On The Floor A Cause For Concern?

I was dancing in my room and fell. I didn t fall hard but I bumped my head against the carpeted floor. It wasn t a hard bump and I felt really no pain or anything, but I was still really worried. The same day I had my first anxiety attack about 10 hours later. The next day i was still worrying, and now I feel a little sick. Is the sickness from worrying or is there something wrong?
