OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

I would like to know whether your ovaries were removed along with partial hysterectomy? Also what was the reason for partial hysterectomy? Yes, anxiety is very common in premenopausal period. Best way to manage it is yoga and meditation, regular exercise. Do the things you like and avoid stress. Manage other symptoms of menopause if you are experiencing like hot flashes or vaginal dryness or sexual dysfunction.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
