General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to diabetes.

The diabetes diagnosis and the lifestyle changes imposed by this condition often cause worry and anxiety.

I suggest to use magnesium supplements for muscle relaxation.

I also suggest to use chamomile and valerian tea for relaxation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
