Is Arthroscopy Advisable Based On This MRI Results?
I just received some MRI Results that confirm my orthopedists diagnosis of Femoral Acetablular Impingement. The results say: Mild joint space tearing superolaterally and thinning articular cartilage. There is undercoverage of the acetabulum. Small subcapital dysplastic bump is seen. Alpha angle measures approximately 57 degrees Is arthroscopy really not an option for this type of diagnosis? I am a 38 year old female
Hello dear Greetings Regarding your MRI diagnosis of Femoral Acetabular impingement I am in support of you to do an athroscopy this will really visualize the extent of the tear In view of this the athroscopy will culminate vividly in terms of diagnosing more associated deformities as well as rendering a therapeutic measures I hope this helps Regards
