Is Back Pain Related With Abnormal Testicles?
Hi doctor, I am 28 years yet to get married, I am worried about serious problem, my testical seems to be not even, my left testical is hanging down compared to the right one, and my penis is 45 degrees cross towards left side, I don’t feel it painful but I am worried and I am also facing problem with my lower back. Is it caused due to this reason?

Left testis is normally lower compared to right side. Also according to your examination your pens is deviated to left side which is not a serious problem unless it interfere with sexy all relationship. This both conditions has no relation to back pain.
