Is Being Under Anasthesia For Tonsillectomy And Adenoidectomy In A Toddler Safe?

My 3.5 year old is scheduled for tonsillectomy & adenoidectomy & ear tubes in 6 days. She has had 14 ear infections or throat infections over the past 2.5 years. I had to wait until she was 3 years old to get her into see ENT surgeons then wait an additional 3 months to be re-seen by them to get a surgery date scheduled. She has CONSTANT ENT issues that always are there. She snores terribly, breathes thru her mouth when she sleeps, and is has hearing loss. Her tonsils are always very swollen (3+ at all times, 4 + when sick)

She has had a dry cough for over 2 weeks. Seems like post nasal drip. It’s at its worst when she wakes up in the morning (coughs up stuff) then goes about her day coughing sporadically. She has not had a fever.

Will she be ok to go under anesthesia?? She always has some kind of ENT issue that’s why we are having surgery, I have read a lot of things online and would like some feedback about what to do.
