dear user
as u changed formula so it looks your baby GIT is not able to digest it . as diarrhoea is there . not good sign . it looks that lactose is present in stool due to that more acidic stool causing irritation of skin and causing rashes . you should consult your doctor .
for some time hold new one . wait for diarrhoea to get settle .
proper wasing should done . if bepanthane is not effective consult doctor and show howz rashes are .
keep them dry .
you can apply candid cream after showing to your doctor .

hope this will help you .
