Is Beta Carotene Supplement A Viable Remedy For Sclera?

Hi! Is beta carotene supplement a viable remedy for sclera? (I use Solgar s oceanic). What other nutritional supplements might be helpful. I ve had this problem before, but it has always dissipated quickly. Now it isn t. I ve stopped all of my blood thinning supplement for the time being (vit. E, the omegas).

Welcome to HCM. Please define your "sclera" problem. Due you wish to whiten it, is it blue, yellow or dry? Please be more specific.

Yes, vitamins are used for certain eye conditions. However, it is not a shot in the dark approach. Please discribe your symptoms, when they started, medications and supplements on currently and what you mean by "sclera' and we will have more information to go on to provide you an answer to your specific question.
