Is Bike Riding Advisable For A Person Suffering With Cubital Tunnel Syndrome?

Cubital tunnel and bike riding? Should I rest until it is under control. Right now I am taking deflamatitory drugs, doing stretching exersizes and icing instead of surgry. Hurts in the morning and after long bike rides. However I ride to stay in shape. Will a wrist brace help? I wear an elbow split at night but it does not help much. Same hand I had carpel tunnel surgery on 5 years ago. Most of the pain is in my little finger and wrist with some in elbow. Icing my elbow and wrist along with taking ibebrophen helps CONTROL my hand and wrist pain.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the surgical condition then it has to be managed in that way only, of course it can be given try with drugs on tentative basis hope this information helps.
