Is Bilateral Bronchovascular Prominence Due To Inhalation Of Sulphuric Acid Fumes?

I had incident with inhaling concentrated sulfuric acid fumes and was in hospital one night for observation and had some irritation of my throat for a while (took some steroids). Now after one year my lung x-ray shows bilateral bronchovascular prominence, could this be related?

Hi thanks for asking question...

Do you have history of smoking??This history is having utmost importance to give comment in your case.

By chemical irritation yes bronchovzcular marking can be prominent.
If you smoking then bronchitis also can lead such finding.
Viral pneumonia also can lead it...

If you are asymptomatic now and not smiking then no need for much worry

If cough or breathlessness occur consult doctor...

Take care.
