Age 23, 5'2" 120lbs. I think I may have a biliary fistula due to trauma to my bile duct during surgery. Are they life threatening? Is Biliary Fistula Life Threatening?
Hello Thank you for trusting HCM Dear biliary fistula not good for health. They may cause obstructive jaundice, also lead to cholangitis and prone for sepsis. Also lead to indigestion and derangement of blood tests. So please consult your Gastroentrologist/treating doctor they will examine and treat you accordingly. Take care.
