Is Bilirubin Level Of 0.57 A Cause For Concern?

I have had vomiting last week but it was less and in addition I was not able to eat anything for couple of days ,on tat time I went to doc and he examine and suggest medicine for anti acidic related but at the same time advised test if I don t recover soon ,I get ma tests done on very next morning which shows the bilirubin is :0.57 ,ma doctor advised on the strict food regime and lots of fluids and normally foods which r advised for jaundice patients ,although I m fine but can I resume ma gyming
