I am suffering from jaundice while at the first bilirubin was 6 now it s 1.9 and I want to finish this 1.9 bilirubin within one week because my visa is coming within this month and I m in big trouble what should I do so that within one week I could be fine totally
I think you are in recovery phase. Your bilirubin level is slightly elevated. It will take some time to recover fully. You might feel weakness during this period but it will recover. You don’t need any treatment now. Just do follow up investigations. Advice 1. Take proper rest. Do not involve in strenuous activity for few months. 2. Make sure that you drink clean and uncontaminated water 3. Take vegetables and fruit juice 4. Avoid alcohol and medicines known to cause liver damage such as paracetamol 5. Divide your meals into smaller portions and eat them frequently during the day 6. Avoid oily & spicy food 7. Investigations a. Serum bilirubin b. SGPT/SGOT c.
