Is Bioactive Collagen + ALA And Biotin Considered Safe During Pregnancy?
I have been taking a high absorption collagen 1 & 3 + ALA and biotin. I went to the store and they didn t have exactly what I bought before, so I got bio active collagen + ALA and biotin. What is the difference? Also, I am pregnant, is this safe for me to be taking? I m taking it to help with skin elasticity.
