Is Biting And Swallowing A Tick From Dog S Body By An Infant A Cause For Concern?
My one year old daughter picked up a tick that came off my dog and bit into it! I immediately got the tick out, and tried to rinse her mouth out with water, but I m sure she swallowed some of the blood that came out. I called the nurse, and they said to just watch her, but I feel like I need more information on the seriousness of this. Should I be worried?
