We got report, everything fine but I don't see heart beat rate in that scan report.. Is this make any problem or we can see heart beat later? Kindly let us know.

Hi,
Thanks for consulting us.
Bleeding is never normal in pregnancy. It always need investigation.
7 weeks pregnancy is actually a grey area in obstetrics. We cannot usually make a final conclusion if there is no heart beat. In this case it is usually advised to repeat scan in 7-10 days. If heart beat appears it indicates a live pregnancy. If no heart beat this indicates a missed miscarriage. So, better to have a repeat ultrasound & wish you all the best.
Take care.
