Is Bleeding From Infant's Vagina A Sign Of Yeast Infection?

Hi I was changing my 4 month old baby girl this evening and noticed a couple spots of blood every time I wiped her coming from right inside her vagina. I herd it could be hormones but most likely not since I'm not breastfeeding. I was told I should get her tested for a possible uti or yeast infection. Is there anything else it may be?

This does not appear due to hormones because maternal hormone withdrawal is mostly seen in initial dayys of birth.
It could be an infection if the child feels pain or having fever.
I would suggest you to show it to a pediatricin.
