Is Bleeding Normal For A 9 Weeks Pregnant Woman?

Hi Iam 8 weeks 5 days pregnant and have been bleeding for 1 week 5 days now, I went for an ultrasound on wednesday and baby s heartbeat was 174 bpm and they said everything looked good and they couldnt see where the bleeding was coming from. I have put myself on bedrest but i feel good apart from morning sickness. I havent had and abdominal pain or cramping. So is bleeding normal? It is red and quite heavy but its only when i wipe when i go to the toilet that i see it. There is no blood in my urine or toilet bowl. Thanks

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, bleeding P/V is common phenomenon seen and some time it is called leaking months, however underlying cause of bleeding need to be found out, it may be due to detachment of placenta, continue follow up is advisable with gynecologist better to get done periodic ultrasonography test hope this information helps.
