Is Bleeding With Hcg Level Being 22 During Early Pregnancy A Cause For Concern?
Took a pregnancy test on 8/14 went to doctors blood test confirmed pregnancy. Had some spotting but went away. 2 weeks hatter on 8/28 bleeding returned went to the ER had a ultrasound and more blood work Hcg levels were 22. Had more blood work was sent home levels came back at 18. Back pain started 2 nights ago.

Hello welcome to HCM. you are observing the decrease in the level of HCG. I am sorry this is the hormone relased in the urinne in pregnancy state. These hormone is needed to maintain the pregnancy. You are getting the symptoms of abortion. The uterus is contracting hence you have back ache. Take care. Please go to your doctor and get further treatement
