Is Blood Glucose Level Of 108 A Cause For Concern?

I recently had lab work done through my employer s health assessment program. Our stay well clinic keeps contacting me as if I m in critical condition because my glucose from last year was 87 and this year is 108. Am I in critical state with this level of glucose?
