Is Blood Sugar Of 199 Fasting And 308 PP Anything To Worry In Diabetic Patient(type 2)?

my mother is a diabetic patient(type 2) frequently she suffers from urine problems as a result our family doctor asked us to do a urine analysis the following are the results of the urine routine examination 1.colour -p yellow
2.appearance - hazy,3.albumin - trace 4. sugar- 1gm% , pus cell 6-7 hpf , epithelelial cell -1-2 hpf
hyline cast ++ , mucus threds -present
is there anything to worry my mother blood sugar level are 199 fasting and 308 pp

Hello,
Blod sugar levels are uncontrolled and high.
Similarly urine shows the presence of 6-7 pus cells which indicate urine infection.
It is very important that blood sugar levels are controlled properly by judicious use of anti diabetic medications,diet and regular aetobic exercises.A proper course of antibiotics is also advised to control urinary tract infection.
Uncontrolled diabetes ,in long run,would relit in various types of micro as well as macrovascular complications.
Consult a diabetologist and take proper treatment.
