Is Blood Tinged Mucus Discharge From Nose A Matter Of Concern?
Imy son is 2.5 yrs old having running nose & sore throat from yesterday. today morning when i was wiping his nose.i saw blood with in muscus. again after 2 hrs i have seen blood in the muscus...I only gave ginger juice mixed with honey in the night. Please let me know if anything serious

Blood tinged mucous appears when mucous membrane of the nose is damaged.
Nothing to worry unless the bleeding is huge and uncontrollable.
