What Causes Blood Tinged Mucus In Stool?

should I see a doctor. I have been using senna pills for constipation due to blood pressure meds that cause slowing of the bowels as well. At times I use a suppository as well. Movements are usually large and good after use. I noticed blood tinged mucus tonight after having used a suppository this morning. Should I have concern and call my doctor?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, let inform you that the antihypertensive medicine may not cause any constipation but less amount of fiber diet less water intake could be the cause of this, I would suggest to have more fiber containing diet, drink more water, keep regular habit of defection you can try this before going to see the doctor.
Isabgol powder can also be tried for stool softening, if these fails to responds then you can see the doctor
hope this information helps.
