Is Body Rash Due To Necon Birth Control Pills Taken Earlier?
Please help...I have been on necon birth control pills for 15 years now...my pharmacy couldn t get them in So gave me Nortel instead....had a terrible rash on my legs the whole 3 months j was on it...neck came back in for two months leg rash went away....then took Nortel again and within two weeks rash came back three times worse on neck chest legs groin upper hands and spots on arms.....incredibly miserable...couldn t even sleep at night because of the itching...So I stopped it two weeks early.... started to go away...now am a week back into necon....and it seems to be coming back...could that have caused a reaction now to my body attacking something I have been taking for 15 years???
I can understand your concern for the extremely itchy rashes. I can make a possibility of Allergic dermatitis. In Allergic dermatitis there are eruptions along with moderate itching and in more aggravated cases there is appearance of more redness which persist for more than multiple of days.
The only precaution you must follow is not to touch, pinch pop or squeeze any of them other wise it can get infected and can cause complications.
You can apply medium potency steroid cream application of fluticasone cream. You can additionally take antihistamine loratadine by mouth for 2 times.
