Sir,my wife caught brain tb after 10 years..in mri scan shows little tb patch.she recover from tb and lead good life,but now that s comes again with same patch in same place in head..is it curable..or need surgery.she suffer from neck pain,head ach and difficult to talk.
Tuberculosis is a curable disease but in the brain, if the neurons are damaged, and the death of the neurons cannot produce new neurons and that will be filled up with supportive tissues.
So, take a proper course, and it will go away.
