Hello. I am 60 year female very fit with physical job. I have recently been diagnosed with ph after a gp checkup for my extreme breathless at work. Stairs have become my worst enemy. Diagnosis was made from echo test. Had many appts over padt 6 weeks. Yesterday a lung specialist said I probably dont have ph but emphasema. I gave up smoking 24 years ago. Im confused and very overwhelmed. Any thoughts appreciated.
