Hi,
The sex you had after 5 months of delivery, which was in add posture causing more thrusting on cervix which was already eroded. It was natural for disturbed the cervical erosion and cause brown discharge. If you are breast feeding with supplementary formula feed also. In such case, there is chance of spontaneous ovulation and possible conception after unprotected sex. Please using barrier contraceptive like condom to avoid unwanted conception. Also, it is better to get your cervical erosion treated by your gynecologist.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
