Hi,

The bruise over abdomen wall and tiny lump underneath the same indicates possible issue of hematoma effect. As the child is playing with no other symptoms, it is not matter of worry at present to visit his GP. However, following guidelines help for better recovery:
- Local application of ice
- Sterile saline dressing
- Neosporin skin ointment application
- Regular watch for the regression of lump and bruise recovery
- Avoid scratching or strainful trauma over the area

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
