Is Bulging In Right Leg While Walking A Symptom Of Tendonitis?

Since I started a regiment of walking 2-3 miles each day I have noticed a bulging in my right leg about six inches from my ankle (on the outside) Almost feels like a stretched muscle or tendon. It s about the size of a quarter. Wondering what it might be?

Hello and welcome to Healthcamagic.
It may be injured tendon or muscle but also some subconscious lesions such as lipoma, ateroma or varicose vein. The best would be if do Doppler ultrasound which will reveal is it of vascular nature.
I hope I have answered your query. I wish you a nice day.
