Is Bulky Uterus With Endometrial Thickness 6.7mm A Cause For Concern?

My mother is 50 years old. She is going through her menopause for the last 3 years. She had an unexpected bleeding last week. The ultasound gives the result of bulky uterus with a seedling sized fibroid and endometrial thickness 6.7 mm. Is it a matter of concern?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the first episode of bleeding then no need to worry about this but if this goes on happening on and often or long last then it need to be taken into consideration for further management hope this information helps.
