Is Burning Sensation In Left Hip And Back Pain A Concern?

good afternoon,...for the past two weeks I thought that my back was hurtinh but oing into my groin so I thought si joint...this morning I wake up in eqrt with a burning senseston on my left hip. I apply pressure to get out of bed but it iterally brought me to tears ..iss this an emergency

Hi,

Noted your short history of pain in back and left hip which increased on getting up in the morning which brought tears, wants to know whether this is an emergency.
Such a severe pain in back and left hip area is definitely an emergency.
The cause can be pinched or trapped nerve.
Sciatica.
Local hip joint problems and so on.
The best way is to have urgent consultation with your Doctor and get a referral for MRI of the lower spine and hip joint to know the cause so that you can have an Orthopedic or Neurosurgeon's opinion as the cause may be.
This will allow a proper management on symptomatic basis and also a definite treatment plan.
Till then you may take any anti-inflammatory with painkiller property to have a relief.
