Is By-pass Surgery Required In Case Of Blockage Of Stents?

I had a heart attack in 1999 in early 2000 had three stents to left side. Chest pain happened again Dec 2010 had thrre more stent to right side was only going to have one but as it was outin the vien collapsed. Also the old ones on left are now also block it was noted. So I am worried now will this mean bye pass or can old stents be unblocked I am now also a type two diebetic.

Bypass surgery will be the best option in this case as old stent are blocked and most of the coronary artery are blocked. Its better to get CABG rather than getting PTCA stents
