Is Bypass Surgery Recommended For This Chest Radiography Report?
Hello My father has been diagnosed for blockages in his heart with below details in his report: LAD type III Vessel, mid 80 per disease DIAGONAL Ostael 70 per disease LCX Non- dominant-system, Distal 90 per disease Please suggest me if bypass surgery is a must ?

* your father age is?
* any h/o HTN/DM/hypercholesterolemia
* family h/o heart disease?
in my opinion first of all you must see his cardiologist with the same report
and YES with triple vessel disease there must be CABG/ open heart/bypass surgery
there is no way to cure this triple vessel disease with angiography/angioplasty
