Is Cannabis Oil An Best Treatment For COPD?

My husband has COPD and we are interested in trying cannabis oil treatment that has helped 2 young girls from Australia. They were on oxygen 24-7 until they got treatment in Victoria BC. The centre is called Access to Cannabis in Victoria. With headquarters in Ottawa. They have doctors to evaluate.
