i have severe dry eye. i have autoimmune disease such as antiphospho lipid syndrom and thyroid. i have mild fibromyalgia and have tested positive for non active lupus. question is it safe to have cateract surgery.i am long time contact lense user. It is becoming an issue to wear th lenses. glasses effect my vertigo. Hoping correcting my vision would solve all the problems, Renae
