Is Chapped Skin On Nipple Sign Of Breast Cancer?

Hi, I am 33 years of age and one of ,my nipples has chapped skin. The chapped skin can be peeled off as it is dry. I dont see any discharge from the nipple and have not found any lumps in the breast or abnormality in the shape and size of the breast or nipple. What could be the reason behind the chapped skin? could this be ealry indication of breast cancer, should I get an ultrsound or any other test done?
