I am 33 weeks pregnant and I keep having chest tightness along with massive painful heartburn, ( I feel like I can breathe fire!) Lots of pelvic pressure an pressure in my butt area... I believe he has "dropped" also... Is the chest tightness something to be concerned about? I have an ultrasound Thursday.
I understand your concern and I will do everything I can to answer your question.
I am sorry: heartburn and chest pain can be very aggravating. Mercifully, they are usually not the sign of anything serious and can be treated by diet (avoid nicotine, caffeine, carbonated beverages, spicy food, chocolates, mints) and (after checking with your doctor) over the counter medication.
Chest pain and pelvic pressure are common but can be a sign of something wrong and I would be sure to mention it to your doctor or midwife as soon as possible.
I hope that helps and best of luck to you
