Is Ciprobay 500mg Safe For Chronic Prostatitis

hi doctor i have microscopic hematuria (RBC in urien) i visit urlogest and i did too many tests (blood test, ultrasound, MRI urogragh) the result is every thing is normal just i ahve chronic prostatitis the doctor gave me (ciprobay 500mg and omnic 0.4 mg)
could you please give me a solution to this problem
