helo sir , i live in chennai .. i have a problem in my penis .. my penis foreskin is soo tight and attached to my penis in innerside .. am in needed of ur help pls .. i have planned to do penis foreskin removal surgery in this week .. i donna how much it cost and i donno where is ur clinic located at .. pls help ..

If the foreskin of the penis cannot be removed beyond the circular ring(corona glandis) of the glans penis this is called phimosis. In adult it is least likely to get corrected of its own so it will need surgical intervention which is known as circumcision. You can visit any general surgeon and he would be able to help you.
