Is Circumcision Necessary To Have Intercourse?

My skin on pennis is too tight and it is attached to pennis since my child hood now i am 21.Most boys will have their skin peeled off or got back at age of 14-16 but i didn t.. I feel no problem in masturbating and urine.. Do i need to circumcise before i have sex?

As per information provided it appears that your foreskin (prepuce) is attached to penis with a tag. For urinating and masturbating it is not required to go back, but during sex it is certainly required. But you don't have to worry about it. Many men with such problem report to doctor and get it corrected. It is better that you pointed it out before marriage.
I suggest you to consult a surgeon nearby, who may examine you and do the needful. All that is required it to do a minor surgery of 2-3 minute under local anesthesia. You will be told for sexual abstinence for few days and then you will be alright.
