Acne is a common problem affecting people in your age group. You need to be compliant with your treatment to see good results. It may take 6 weeks for the action to start and you need to continue treatment for atleast 6 months after the acne clears.
You could take oral isotretinoin 10 mg as prescribed by your second doctor along with topical gels You could apply a gel containing 1% Clindamycin in the morning and a combination of 2.5% Benzoyl peroxide and 0.1% Adapelene at bedtime. Isotretinoin however has to be taken only under the doctors' supervision and monitoring. So please follow up monthly.
Continue having a healthy diet.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
