Dear madam I understand your concern.
coconut water is a rich source of minerals and vitamins.
But its not advisable for diabetes .
the glycemic index of coconut water is little high,That means a little amount of coconut water can shoot up your sugars.
blood sugar control is very important in gestation diabetes as it very important for the growth of baby.
in last trimester the baby weight gain will be more with uncontrolled diabetes which will give to complication in baby like hypoglycemia.
i suggest yo to meet a Diabetologist and take advise to bring sugar in to control ,its very safe to use insulin that taking medication at this stage of pregnancy.

General & Family Physician Dr. Pavan Kumar Gupta's  Response
Hello,
Although coconut water is good for everybody including you but neither it will help your diabetes and nor it is going to decontrol the sugar levels.
You must take adequate dietary control measures along with proper exercise schedule.
If These methods fail to control your sugar levels, then it would be better to get injection insulin for Contol of diabetes.
Consult your doctor for the proper advise and treatment.
Thanks
