Is Conception Possible While Suffering From Endometriosis?

Hi ! I need help as I recently went to see a doctor for some severe pain in my abdominal area, and luckily it was only due to ovulation days. As the doctor did a scan to check my uterus, was shown that I have an abnormal womb and suspected endometriosis as well since I always get very painful periods, and she prescribed duphaston so that it ease the pain and to maintain my pregnancy if I do become pregnant by any luck.. so my question is will I be able conceive? And is duphaston really going to ease my period pain?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
If you are suffering from endometriosis, this make it more challenging for the sperm to reach the egg. However one-third of women with endometriosis will readily conceive without any fertility treatment at all.
IVF(In vitro fertilization) is helpful for patients with severe disease, especially women with many adhesions.
