Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First let me tell you about your follicle study.
Your follicle study and ovulation induction process is on the right track. I usually suggest to my patients to take injection HCG 5000 IU, when follicle size is between 18 to 22 mm. This helps in egg release, and conception subsequently.

Secondly, Deviry tablets or any other progesterone hormone tablet will not prevent pregnancy to take place. These tablets anyway support the early pregnancy and if pregnancy has not occurred then it ensures withdrawal bleeding within 3 to 10 days after finishing the tablets.

I would also like to let you know that PCOS is a lifestyle disorder. The main modality of treatment is cahngea in the current lifestyle.
I will suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen.
Include more portions of fruits, vegetables and salads in the daily diet. Drink plenty of water in the day.
Avoid refined sugars and deep fried foods and bakery products.
Be happy.
Meditate regularly.
Things will be fine in the due course of time.
May God bless you with a bundle of Joy.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
