What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
In my ultra sound scaning report says uterus is normal in size.normal endometrial echoes seen. No focal myometrial lesions detected. Right and left ovaries are dominant follicle . The right follicle size is 19mm left follicle is 4mm. Doctor says follicle 19mm is problem for conception. Plz answer me doctor. What is the size for conception right and left follicle

An ovulation follicle (a follicle that contains an egg) may vary from 18-36 cm so the follicle on the right side seems normal and there is nothing to worry about it.
