Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query for your son in details .

* I do not agree with use of concerta ( methylphenidate ) for upset stomach
and appetite loss , without assessing the underlying reason .
* I would recommend basic lab tests , ultrasound of the abdomen for
precise diagnosis and management in accordance to that only .

Hope this clears your doubt .
Wishing your toddler fine recovery .

Welcome for any further assistance .
Regards take care .
