Is Congested Nose With Creamy Mucus While Teething Serious?

My 14 month old son was congested for around a week, it was getting better, but then his nose got blocked and he had runny clear mucus. Now on day 3 his mucus has turned a white creamy color, is there anything to worry about. He is also teething, and has been for around 4 months, he was a late teether.

Hi...all these are common phenomenon. Unless he is having high fever or pus like purulent nasal secretions or severe respiratory distress or fast breathing- you need not worry.
