General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It's normal in early months of pregnancy. Due to prevalence of pregnancy hormones, the nausea, unusual appetite and little pain in lower abdomen is there. It would lessen down over the time as the pregnancy proceeds beyond 3 months. See your gynecologist for few medications to ease you.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
