Is Constant Upper Abdominal Pain Along With Nausea Due To Gall Stones?
Hi, I have been in hospital recently and have confirmed gallstones. Had to have one removed a month ago from my bile duct. For the last week I have been having constant pain (dull ache, intense burning feeling in upper stomach & back) and nausea but no temperature. I was worried that my gallbladder might be inflamed or I might have acute cholecystitis but I don t have a fever? What should I do? Thanks
Hi thanks for contacting HCM. Noted you have gall stone. So you have pain because of it... As there is no fevercholecystitis might not be there. Still USG and CRP done to assese severity..
If gall stone symptomatic and repeated pain leading then laproscopic cholecystectomy needed. Just now rest with soft and bland diet. Less fatty food taken... Fruits more. Udiliv tablet can taken....
Take care. Dr.Parth
